E-System High pressure three components dosing unit for Epoxy resin The "E-System" model is an extremely compact and rational high pressure dosing unit, specificaLLy designed for ESTRIM [Epoxy Structural Reaction Injection Moulding), a process based on the right mix of technologies able to achieve short cycle times and automated production of Composites. Cannon "E-System" machines can be used in place of RTM process with the folLowing characteristics: • Metering, mixing and injection of a properly formulated family of liquid Epoxy components in a closed mould, reducing the demoulding times from 20-30 minutes (RTM) to 2-3 minutes • CLosed-loop controlled metering System which guarantees optimum repeatability of the dispensed weight from shot to shot avoiding overfilling of the moulds • Self-cleaning mixing technoLogy Mixing Heads The "E-System" dosing machines are supplied in combination with dedicated mixing heads: • LN5 • FPL10 • TRI07 • LS10 spray RATIO by weight Resin/Hardener/Release Agent_ TOTAL OUTPUT [g/s)_ Above data are calculated with a resin viscosity of 1,500 cPs E-System 100:25:2 min max ~~25 Î6Ô- POLYURETHANE TECHNOLOGY
