Cannon “A-Compact”

Derived from the “A-System” design, the main feature of the "A-Compact" model lies in its greater compactness: a simple structure with all groups (storage, metering, mixing and control units) positioned on board.This metering unit can be easily transported, occupies minimum floor space for installation and does not need additional wiring: it is a “Plug & Play” unit, immediately ready for production start-up.“A-Compact” is widely used to process an extensive range of Polyurethane foams: from rigid low-density PU for thermal insulation to flexible foam cushioning for automotive and furniture industries, fromsynthetic wood to integral skin.

Cannon “HE-System”

Several applications require the use of abrasive fillers, highly emulsified formulations or highly viscous components. Cannon "HE-System" is a piston driven dosing machine developed to answer to these specific needs. Thanks to its reliability, reduced maintenance operations, steady repeatability of the foaming process and dosing accuracy and its great versatility, this unit has gained wide acceptance in all PU markets.The Cannon “HE-System” also comes in the “Booster” version equipped with accumulators. This model represents an effective solution for moulding processesthat require large amounts of highly reactive materials to be injected in an extremely short time.
