ServoDrivers

MicroMax : Proprietary Servo Topologies and DesignsProvide Maximum Galvo System Performance Our MicroMax
® series offers a broad range of servodriver board configurations including single axis, dual axis, compact, high precision and high power options to optimize your systems design. Advanced automatic gain control (AGC) and low noise damping provide precise and stable positioning. All of our MicroMax
® drivers operate from an analog command input of up to +/-10V that can be scaled up to +/-20 mechanical degrees industrial scanner rotation. Digital input options are also available on many MicroMax
® drivers. Designed formaximum flexibility, each driver can be configured to operate with most of our extensive line of precision closed-loop galvanometers. 677XX673XX 677XX – Most Compact •Single axis.•Class-0 non-integrating servo loop. •Low-cost compact design. •Differential analog inputs for noise immunity. •Flexible power configurations and positioningcontrol to optimize positioning angle, speed, accuracy and cost.•Servo signal conditioning, and continuous powermonitoring and adjustment to maintain controlled performance. 673XX – Most Compact Dual Axis, High Performance •Integrating or non-integrating configurations(Class-1 or Class-0).•Error and/or slew rate input signal conditioningto optimizing motion profiles.•High stability components for optimum accuracy, repeatability, linearity and temperature stability.•High systems speeds, both large angle andsmall angle.•Industrial bridge output amplifier to maximize galvo largeangle and RMS performance.•Built-in system status monitoring for reliablesystem control. 671XX – Most Capabilities and Most Options •Single axis.•Class-0 (non-integrating) or Class-1 (errorintegration for excellent positioning repeatability, accuracy and stability).•High stability components for excellent time andtemperature stability.•Bridge output amplifier to maximize galvo largeangle performance.•High Power option for 20Amp peak currentprovides the highest large aperture speeds - built-in system status monitoring for reliable system control.•Parallel Digital input option to simplify the jobof interfacing in computer-based applications. The DAC has a resolution of 16 bits, with full 16 bits of monotonicity. 671XX with High Power Option
