| | | The Rapidox 41 00 electrochem ical cell oxygen gas analyser based on the Hitech G1 01 0 OEM m odu le is h ou sed in ou r sm art Rapidox m etal case with carry han dle an d tiltin g feet. Incorporating a powerful and silent linear piston pum p for remote sampling of gas via 6/4m m flexible tu bin g to the fron t pan el in pu t an d ou tput u n ion s. A flow gau ge allows th e u ser to control the rate of gas flow into th e analyser. Use galvan ic cell primary elements and can measure oxygen concentrations from 1 00% to 1 00ppm in a variety of gases. The instruments are micro-processor-controlled and provide exceptional performance and versatility. Two alarm channels, user-programmable to be high, low or off, each provide one set of volt-free changeover contacts, and can be set to any concentration within the span of the instrument. A user program mable analogue output can be set to one of several ranges. A choice of 0 to 5v or 4 to 20mA is provided at the tim e of ordering. Several versions of sensor are available, enabling the analyser to operate at optimum performance in a diverse range of applications. These include a sensor suitable for operating in the presence of high concentrations of mildly acidic gases such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide. See the chart below for the option s available: Applications • Air separation plants & Purge gas monitoring • Cylinder gas quality • Food packaging and storing • Landfill gas monitoring • Glov e b ox es • Workplace air monitoring | | |
