SELECTOR AUTOMATIC PRE-SORTING MODULE

Short ROI In our experience the pay-back time on these modules is extremely short. Being able to remove non-standard items and manage these manually means that automatic sorting can continue at full speed. Capacity The capacity depends very much on the size of the item. If the items to be pre-sorted have a length of max 600 mm, the capacity is approx. 1,640 items per hour.

A FULLY AUTOMATIC MODULE FOR 2-WAY SORTING OF NON-CONFORMING ITEMS

This module can be used in any environment where items of different shapes and sizes are to be pre-sorted, including security-check environments at airports. The Selector can be used to fi lter non-standard items away from the subsequent automatic process, selecting one direction for items that conform and diverting non-conforming items in another direction. The Selector can be integrated in existing sorting systems.

Retrofi tting The Selector module can be integrated into existing or future systems.

Service Our network of service engineers and allied companies are able to provide preemtive service, reducing the risk of faulty equipment and subsequent down-time. Safety The cage surrounding the Selector sorting modul prevents contact with moving parts. This module complies with international safety regulations pertaining to material handling equipment.
