Unique designThe belt retainers fi rmly grip the beading that is sewn onto the edge of the belt. There is no risk of the beading snapping or of the belt being ripped away from the retainer. This unique belt guidance system holds the belt fi rmly in place, ensuring precise belt movement and minimal wear, even at high speeds. Minimal downtimeThe construction prevents dust and foreign bodies from blocking the belt guidance bearings, so downtime for maintenance is minimal. If a spillage occurs, the belt can be replaced quickly and simply using just a few tools. Individual components do not need to be dismantled, which is a tremendous advantage when changing the belt at height.Employee safetyThe lightweight aluminium construction reduces noise to a minimum. Covers and guards prevent pinching and bodily contact.Maximum fl exibilityFramework of multi-functional aluminium profi les enables supports, sidewalls, light barriers etc. to be attached as required, so that your conveyor suits the application 100%.

Service These strong belt curves are de- signed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Should the belt need changing, this can be done without removing the bearings – no danger of dropping them when working at height.

Caljan CurveTrack belt conveyors are modular, providing maximum fl exibility, reliability and needing very little maintenance. Moving units at 4 metres/second, high capacity is maintained - even through sharp curves.

Safety Caljan CurveTracks are designed to meet European safety regulations such as EN619. Covers and fi nger guards are naturally fi tted were appropriate. Steel underguarding beneath the curve prevents bodily contact. Quality Unique belt guidance system ensures precise, controlled belt movement, even at high speeds. The item is transferred in the correct position to the next conveyor. Each conveyor is tested at the factory prior to shipment.
