Microwave Ku Band LNA Module

The 14629 is one of a family of solid-state Microwave Modules available from C-MAC MicroTechnology, ideal for Satellite Communications, Product Development, Point to Point, Radiolocation and Test applications. Key Features: • Ku Band (12GHz to 18GHz) operation • Response extends to 8GHz (X Band) • P1dB - better than 13dBm at 25°C • Noise Figure of less than 2.5dB at +25°C • Better than 20dB midband gain at +25°C • DC - 3GHz input rejection filter • Internal power supply regulation • Power On/Off control • RoHS compliant • 3.3V / 5V operation (control) • Operating temperature range: -25°C to +70°C The 14629 is available with Male or Female SMA connectors in any combination. Other connector types are available on request.
