Unloading Valve, Size 4 (accumulator charging valve) Series DWPB-4N-4 ...
• 250 bar, 30 l/min
• Separate ports for tank and pilot
drain
• ON/OFF difference unaffected by tank-line back pressure
• BUCHER cavity type AN
• Surface protection: - all external parts A3C to ISO 4042
1. Description
This unloading valve is a screw-in cartridge for the AN mounting cavity and uses the 3/4"-16 UNF mounting thread. When the pressure at control port 1 rises to the preset upper switching pressure, the valve unloads pressure at port 4 via port 3 to tank. When the pressure at 1 falls to the lower switching pressure, the valve closes the connection 4 == 3 (see Ordering code for the ON/OFF pressure differentials that are
available). The valve simultaneously functions as a two-stage pressure relief valve that protects the pump. Because ports 2 and 3 are run back to tank separately (= external drain), the ON/OFF difference (bar) is unaffected by any back pressure in port 3. For customers who manufacture their own manifold blocks or plates, we offer form tool sets for sale or hire. The GANA body with threaded ports is available for pipe-mounting applications.
