RTU32 Series GC10 GSM Alarm Unit

The new Brodersen RTU32 Series is much more than an RTU. It combines functionalities and performance of a PLC, IPC and Data Concentrator with leading edge telemetry features. It offers integrated I/Os: 16DI, 4RO, 4AI and 2AO as well as standard power supply options with 12V or 24V UPS battery/charger. The STRATON softPLC programming tool supports all EN/IEC61131-3 programming languages (SFC, FBD, CFC, LD and IL) and offers redundant and event driven communication. The easy configuration and general setting tools make the RTU32 an ideal controller for many applications within Water, Electricity, Oil & Gas, Transport and Factory Automation.The RTU32 supports and converts ModbusRTU, ModbusTCP/IP, SNMP, EN/IEC60870-5-101 and 104 Utility protocols. It includes an IEC870 Tool for easy and simple configuration. It is based on a 32-bit x 86 CPU and WinCE 5.0 operating system and offers real time process communication with time stamped event data. It includes an embedded Web server with easy configurable HMI. It can be used with the wide range of Brodersen I/O Expansion modules. GC10 is an easy-to-use alarm unit with extended SMS features. It is programmed by using a very simple Windows based configuration tool and can provide limited local control as well as local data logging. It is supplied with 4DI, 4DO and 2AI or 1AI + 1Pt100 and input status and control outputs are managed from a mobile telephone.

UCM97 GPRS Communicator

The UCM97 is an innovative GPRS Communicator for wireless monitoring. It is developed for IP based communication with remote processes via the public Internet or private networks. It provides online, wireless GPRS networking of different devices and supports industrial functions such as extended watchdog. User-friendly configuration tools are provided for GPRS Wireless Ethernet routing, GPRS Wireless ModbusTCP to Serial ModbusRTU and GPRS Wireless Communication with all Brodersen RTUs. The UCM97 GPRS Communicator offers instant and constant data communication. You only pay for the data transmitted.

RTU870 Series

The RTU870 Series encompass a wide range of compact RTUs with data logging capability and with on board I/Os expandable from 8DI/DO to several hundred I/Os. The units are DIN-rail mountable and have a number of DC or AC power options, including battery charger to provide battery back-up when mains supply fails. A full package of configuration and driver tools are provided, which support programming of simple control sequences and dial-up settings for industrial modems. The RTU870 supports EN/ IEC60870-5-101 utility protocol offering simple configuration of application data. The RTU870 is fitted with a serial EN/IEC60870-5-102 and IEC 1107 mode C compliant meter interface and features a ModbusRTU option. COM options include RS232, RS485 or V.23 Leased Line Modem. S0 compliant counter inputs and support of serial utility meter protocols make it a true Utility Outstation.

The RTU8 series includes a wide range of compact RTUs with data logging capability and integrated I/Os. The units are DIN-rail mountable and have a number of DC or AC power options, including battery charger to provide battery back-up when mains supply fails. IOTOOL32Pro provides a full package of configuration and driver tools. It features local or remote configuration and programming using Function Block, Ladder or Instruction List according to IEC61131-3. The RTU8 supports Dial-in/Dial-out functions for PSTN and GSM Modems and features a serial RS232 or RS485 interface. Options include extended COMs with Modbus and built-in leased line of dial modems.

RTU-COM

The RTU-COM is a very compact and low cost RTU with built-in PSTN or GSM Modem. It has a number of digital and analogue I/Os as well as data logging facility with time stamping of logged data. There is an RS232 port for local configuration and programming using Function Block, Ladder or Instruction List according to EN/IEC61131. Different power save options are available and power consumption can be reduced to a minimum with the sleep mode feature.
