Breaker Technology’s MS Series Hydraulic Multi-Systems offer full production capability without the need for a dedicated tool for every demolition job. Features & Benefits High Clamping Force Two cylinder design will maintain its strength through the complete stroke. The maximum force is obtained at the maximum jaw opening. Fast Cycle Time A speed valve provides fast open and close times. Hydraulic Rotation 360o continuous rotation powered by a high torque and strong design orbital drive motor with cross-over port relief protection. Large Bearing BTI’s bearing design incorporates a double row of balls with a large diameter for increased life and less maintenance. Well Protected Cylinders Cylinder rod and hydraulic components are completely protected. Replaceable Heavy Duty Teeth Unique replaceable teeth eliminate the need to build-up and hardface and are fast and easy to change in the field, resulting in 10-15% more production time. The rate of wear on each tooth is different depending on its location within the jaw. By rotating the teeth you can ensure the teeth wear evenly, providing maximum service life. Replaceable Cutting Blades Blades cut reinforcing steel and cable, and can be rotated. Multiple Jaw Sets To convert unit, jaws can be changed in the field (approx. 1-2 hours). High Quality Material The entire structure, excluding the top mounting bracket, is fabricated from a special steel to provide maximum strength and abrasion resistance.
