ITALYCS-LT is a PLC-based system that integrates controls on one easy-to-use and easy-to-view touchscreen. Those using manual controls will find that ITALYCS-LT simplifies the job and avoids operator error.

The system gives the operator the ability to control temperature and composition of the final product. When the operator selects a recipe the ITALYCS-LT sets operating temperature, layer ratio and film thickness. Base resin and additives are gravimetrically monitored. ITALYCS-LT controls extruder RPM, haul-off speed, and bubble diameter to achieve the target yield. Temperature is also controlled with deviation high and low alarms.
