BE's infinitely variable die gap can optimize your blown film die gap for every polymer type, blend and grade. Dial-A-Gap and Adjust-A-Gap provide additional flexibility to blown film lines.

Dial-A-Gap allows film processors a new degree of freedom when switching materials. From a stand-alone or integrated control system panel, users can adjust the die gap while processing with no interruption to production, to suit the requirements of a specific product. This means no more down-time to change die lips and no more compromising film properties due to a fixed die gap. The Dial-A-Gap can be used in conjunction with BE's IBC.

Adjust-A-Gap allows film processors to manually adjust the die gap to suit the requirements of a specific product. This quick adjustment reduces down time but requires operator to break the bubble before making the adjustment. A digital readout displays the manually adjusted setting.
