KN 1050
Definition: Small furnace with metal chamber that tilts into a
quenching tank. For quenching or annealing applications, work
with inert or flammable (optional) gas.
Construction: Transferring of the parts from furnace into the
quenching tank, without contact with air. Parts recovery tank.
Insulation: Metallic housing is insulated from quenching tank.
Heating: Heating elements surrounded working chamber. Stain-
less steel tank for quenching liquid (oil, emulsions, solutions, salt).
Electricity: Model *-40, single-phase 230VAC, 50Hz. Model
*-320, 3 X 400VAC. Delivered without electric plug.
Regulation: Axron Swiss PID temperature controller. Time pro-
grammer for delayed on/off.
Documentation: Certification CE and operating instructions in
English.
Delivered with: Ladle.
Définition: Petit four à chambre métallique basculant vers un bac
de trempe. Pour applications de trempe ou de recuit, travail sous
gaz inerte ou inflammable (en option).
Construction: Passage des pièces du four au bac de trempe sans
le contact avec l'air. Bac de récupération des pièces.
Isolation: Carcasse métallique isolée du bac de trempe.
Chauffage: Eléments chauffants entourant l'enceinte utile. Bac
de trempe en acier inox pour liquide de trempe (huile, émulsions,
solutions, sel).
Electrique: Tension 230VAC pour modèle *-40 et 3x400VAC pour
modèle *-320, fréquence 50Hz. Livré sans fiche électrique.
Régulation: Régulateur PID Axron Swiss. Programmateur horaire
pour mise en marche/arrêt différé.
Documentation: Certification CE, notice d'utilisation en français.
