Definition: Forced convection electric oven for every applica-

tions.

Construction: Monobloc type oven. Interior in aluminium and

exterior in galvanised plate.

Insulation: Rock wool insulation of all surfaces, including door.

Ventilation: Adjustable horizontal ventilation, and adjustable ex-

haust.

Heating: Battery of shielded electrical resistors.

Electricity: 3 x 400VAC.

Regulation: Axron Swiss PID temperature controller, timer and

hour counter.

Documentation: Certification CE and operating instructions in

English.

Définition: Etuve électrique à convection forcée pour toutes

applications.

Construction: Etuve type monobloc. Intérieur en tôle alumi-

née. Extérieur en tôle galvanisée.

Isolation: Isolation par laine de roche de toutes les parois y

compris la porte.
