Definition: Cracked ammonia generator for heat treatment,

brazing and welding.

Construction: Mechanically welded frame.

Insulation: Heated retort is insulated with ceramics.

Heating: Heating elements surrounded working chamber.

Electricity: 3 x 400VAC.

Regulation: Axron Swiss PID temperature controller. Time

programmer for delayed on/off.

Documentation: Certification CE and operating instructions in

English.

Type of gas: Ammonia cracking: at output, constant composi-

tion of 25% nitrogen and 75% hydrogen. For 1kg of ammonia,

2.7 m3 of strongly reducing protective gas is produced.

Définition: Générateur d'ammoniac craqué pour traitements

thermiques, brasage et soudage (sans oxydation ni colora-

tion).

Construction: Châssis mécano-soudé.

Isolation: Isolation céramique de la cornue chauffée.

Chauffage: Eléments chauffants entourant l'enceinte utile.

Electrique: Tension 3x400VAC, fréquence 50Hz.

Régulation: Régulateur PID Axron Swiss. Programmateur ho-

raire pour mise en marche/arrêt différé.

Documentation: Certification CE, notice d'utilisation en

français.

Type de gaz: Craquage de l'ammoniac: en sortie composition

constante de 25% d'azote et 75%

d'hydrogène. Pour lKg d'ammoniac, on obtient 2,7 m3 de gaz

de protection fortement réducteur.
