This compact 10- and 20-mW transmission DFBlaser uses proprietary packaging technology to deliverhighly efficient, small form-factor modules that previ- ously were not possible.Ideally suited for use in a wide variety of DWDMsys-tems, the TLB-3900 series lasers provide the best combination of performance features available, offer-ing a unique combinationof high optical powers, widetunabilityof 36nm over the C band, and stability in harsh environments. These modules include an integrat-edwavelength locker, simple serial electrical interface, and a uniquely stable and reliable design including a built-in thermo-electric cooler for high stability.High-powered performance, reliability, ease of manu-facture, and economies of scale derived from this exclusive, proven design differentiate this product from others in the industry.
