When ordering the spare parts, please always specify:

a) serial number,

b) delivery date,

c) reference of the ordered piece/s.

NB. Together with the instructions, we supply the "EC" CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY; all papers are in a protective transparent envelope fastened onto the equipment.

The buyer, and therefore the Company who owns the equipment, is bound to enforce the instructions for the installation, the right working conditions and the foreseen time limits and conditions for the maintenance. Failure to comply with the above implies the condition of "ILLEGITIMATE USE" by the user, and releases the Manufacturer from any responsibility concerning the safety rules. The base rules complied with are mentioned in the "EC" CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY, while all the derived and reference rules as well as the sector rules and the quality rules (ISO 9001) along with the risks analysis belong to the TECHNICAL FILE which is kept in the archives of the BOLZONI S.p.A. Technical Dpt.
