 This valve enables easy clamping pressure selection from the lift truck cabin. Especially recommended for use in combination with paper roll clamps and other equipment when handling sensitive goods. Four adjustable pressure settings.  
   
 The chain slack prevention valve reduces paper roll damage by stopping the downwards lift mast movement immediately when the load is lowered down. Extra slack in the mast chains will not cause the paper roll clamp to drop downwards when the clamp arms are opened.   The Test Pad is an all-new solution for clamping force testing. The device is extremely light, thin, robust and portable. The Test Pad is put between the paper roll and the clamp contact pad during the force testing. It shows the real clamping force directed to the paper roll. Based on sophisticated scale sensors, its all-electronic design ensures high accuracy and a large measurement range.   Paper Roll out-of-roundness measuring device, The Spider measures variations in the radius of paper rolls to determine the degree of out-of roundness. It utilizes state-of-the-art microprocessing and ultrasonic technology to quickly and accurately measure the roundness of a paper roll, without destroying the integrity of the roll or the roll wrapping. Test results can be viewed on an internal LCD display or directed to an external computer for further analysis. 

 Light-weight, heavy-duty Roll Guards are ideal for paper roll protection while in storage; best used on aisle corners and other high-traffic locations. Durable one-piece construction. Two cut-out hand-holds make Roll Guards easy to handle and position on paper rolls. Several sizes for different roll diameters are available. 

  

  
 
 The manually controlled, four-stage pressure relief valve is a cost-effective way to set the clamping force on paper roll clamps. Four adjustable pressure settings.   A heavy-duty clamping force measuring device designed for warehouse and paper terminal installation. The test stand enables fast and user-friendly clamping force monitoring. Upper frame of the stand rotates ±45 degrees, thus allowing easy lift truck access to the stand.   An acceleration measuring device, which collects and analyzes movement information from a paper roll, throughout the entire transport chain. The minimized dimensions allow the Spy to be placed inside the paper roll core prior to wrapping. The Spy records the date, time and acceleration values of all abnormal incidents directed to the load. Measurement results can be downloaded to an external computer for analysis.  

 The control lights are used in combination with electrically controlled four-stage pressure relief valve. Red, amber, green and blue lights in the light tower indicate the pressure setting selected to the pressure relief valve. 
   Incorrect lift mast tilt angle during lifting operations is one of the main reasons for various load edge damage in today’s lift truck handling.
