When ordering spare parts, please always specify:
a. Serial number,
b. Delivery date,
c. Reference of the ordered parts.
N.B. Together with the instructions, we supply the “EC” CONFORMITY CERTIFICATE; all papers are
in a protective transparent envelope fastened on the equipment.

The Customer, and therefore the Company who owns the equipment, is bound to enforce the instructions
for the installation, the right working conditions and the time limits and the foreseen conditions for the
maintenance.
The non-observance of the above implies the conditions of “IMPROPER USE” by the User, and it
releases the Manufacturer from any responsibility concerning the foreseen safety rules.
The base rules which have been complied with are listed in the “EC” CONFORMITY CERTIFICATE,
while all the derived and reference rules as well as the sector rules and the quality rules (ISO 9001) along
with the risks analysis are part of the TECHNICAL FILE which is kept in the archives of the Technical
Dpt. at BOLZONI S.p.A.
