TYPE 5.04BOLL High-PressureCleaning Unit

PROLONG THE USE OF FILTERELEMENTS

To efficiently regenerate filter ele-ments that have become engrainedwith contaminants and secure fullfunctionality, it is recommended tomanually clean the filter mesh from time to time. Optimum results are achieved by using the BOLL high-pressure cleaning unit type 5.04 in combination with the special cleaningfluid BOLL-CLEAN 2000. The unit is suitable for both the clea- ning of individual filter elements andfor complete filter inserts. Moreover, itcan be used for the cleaning of othersmall parts.

SOAK, RINSE, READY!

Cleaning of the filter elements is easy and trouble-free. The filter ele-ment is soaked in the soaking tank filled with the cleaning fluid BOLL-CLEAN 2000 .The soaking timede-pends on the type and grade of conta-mination.The filter element is then placed ona perforated plate in the sprayingtank

and washed out with a high-pressure cleaning lance . The pro-cess is clean for the user as well be-cause the spraying tank is enclosedand the perforated base plate helpsavoid the formation of spray clouds. Regular cleaning of filter elements andfilter inserts prolongs their service lifeand reduces expenditure on consum-able items. The cleaning fluid is con-stantly recycled and being cleaned bya micro-filter on the pressure side ofthe pump as it is used again and againover a long period of time, also givinga cost-saving due to the low con-sumption of the cleaning fluid
