Read and understand the following instructions andinformation below for this machine.1._____I understand the machine operation and I amaware of the availability of additional training materials and videos.2._____ TO LEAVE THE LOADER: Lower the lift arms and put attachment flat onthe ground. CARRY LOAD LOW. STOP the engine. Engage parking brake. 10._____Rear window can be used as an emergency exit. 11._____I understand how to use and how to attach andremove the attachment.12._____A Special Applications Kit is available to restrictmaterial from entering cab openings if job use requires this.13._____Single point lifts, back–up alarms and otheroptions are available for job use.14._____I understand the maintenance procedures for thismachine. Raise seat bar. Move hydraulic controls untilboth lock.3. _____NEVER go under or reach under lift arms unlesssupported by an approved lift arm support device.Operate ONLY from the operator seat. Keep feeton pedals or foot rests.4._____Use seat belt and seat bar. Seat bar controlinterlocks require operator to lower seat bar.5._____Machine is equipped with the Bobcat InterlockControl System or BICS. 6._____This machine has safety signs (decals) andOperator’s Handbook for operation andmaintenance. Owner’s and Safety Manuals are available. 7._____This machine has a rated operating capacity forcarrying loads. 8._____Different bucket types and sizes for differentmaterials are available. 9._____Keep heavy end of loader uphill when operating onslopes and I understand the operation and maintenance of this machine.
