BLM PRODUCTION PROCESSES

tube is cut to length on an (ADIGE) CM601 saw, then endformedin-line Special application integrating tube cutting and endforming into afully automatic process. Working from either coil stock through a straightening process and/or straight random stock lengths, the on a (BLM), "All-Electric" multi-station endformer, the finishedcomponents being then discharged onto an unloading conveyor. • feeds coil stock tube up to 35 mm diameter and straight stocklengths of 6m randoms
