ESTUCHADORA ACM 150 Automatic Intermittent motion horizontal cartooning machine, Blipack ACM150 model, able to open, fill and seal 180º pre-folded carton boxes with the following configuration and details. STANDARD FEATURES • Current GMP standards design and manufacturing. • Quick and pre-set operation for fast size change over with no need of fine-tuning adjustments. • Closed profile cams with surface hardening treatment. • Designed in order to aid cleaning and inspection even below the transport area. • Product transport by means of buckets. • Product presence and quantity detection sensor. • Positive carton erection by means of articulated twin blade. • Allow working with short fiber and/or low weight carton materials. • Carton pick and erection sensor detection. • Moveable mouthpiece to guarantee perfect product introduction even with irregular shape / dimensions products. • Product introduction torque control with automatic clutch and machine stop. • Possibility to handle all types of closure: Tuck-in; Hot melt glue; mixed or tamper evident. • Easy and safe operation. All parts susceptible of catching, pressing, cutting or burning are protected by guards, doors and sensors that stop the machine automatically. Electrically interlocked doors, with control circuit in panel keys. • I ncorporated Vacuum pump. • Siemens PLC controlled machine. • Siemens operators interface with displaying messages. • Remote jog. • Steel frame, with stainless steel cover (AISI 304 sanitary polished) with noise reduction panels. • Festo´s electro-pneumatics. • Electrical cabinet with first quality components. Low voltage controls circuit (24V). • Main speed control inverter Siemens / Danfoss / Allen Bradley.
