STANDARD FEATURES • Heating tunnel with non-adhesive surfaces and independent dual temperature control (upper and lower plates). • High air pressure blowing forming system. • Large feeding area (4 to 6 feet) with easy access on both sides. • Mechanic indexing with pneumatic grippers. • Work stations mounted on wide profile cams (6”) attached to main shaft to avoid cam movement and noise, thus simplifying format change over. • Centralized lubrication with oil pump. • In-phase automatic shut off (no blister waste when resuming operation). • Easy and complete change over. • Ready to install cold forming station. • Lifetime lubricated bearings. OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES • Double forming roll stock electro-pneumatically operated, (up to 30” external diameter); allows non-stop operation of machine. • Contact heating tunnel with 3 different temperature independent controls. • Forming station with mechanical plug-assisted device reach up to 1.5” bubble depth. • Cold forming station for ALU-ALU blister packs. • Wide range of semiautomatic, automatic, universal and dedicated feeders. • Defective blister pack detection systems by means of photoelectric scanners, pin detectors or video camera. • Full cycle or individual blister rejection systems.
