The technology of ready-mixed concrete is becoming more and more important in the building sector. Ready-mixed concrete of high quality is more and more in demand. The increasingly utilized self-compacting concrete requires an equally rational quality control like ready-mixed concrete and mortar. Therefore, we have substantially improved the quality of our consistency measurement devices during the last years. The BTK-WIN is an easy to use software module for the fast and exact examination of the readymixed concrete directly in the mixer. The BTK-WIN allows a reliable control of the concrete quality. The spreading serves as quality parameter. Consistency Measurement Characteristics of the BTK-WIN:
Measuring with continuous action
Measures the effective power of the mixer motor and calculates the spreading / slump
Displays the consistency KS, KP, KR, KF or F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6
Displays the spreading of concrete from 33 to 75 centimetres
