Specifi cations
Casing
The casing is made of 0.9 mm zinc plated steel, reinforced to eliminate vibration, and it has an inspection panel at the bottom. In the synthetic air inlet grilles, anodised aluminium grilles with fi xed fi ns are mounted. The casing is available in the colour white RAL 9010 or 9006 (other RAL colours are available at an extra charge).
Water heating coil LPHW
Three-way valve for connection to control panel (Siemens- standard)
Fixed outlet temperature,three-way valve This two-row heating coil is made up of 3/8" copper pipes with aluminium fi ns for optimal heat exchange. Test pressure: 30 bars.
Operating pressure 16 bars max. at 110 °C. Operating pressure Siemens control (Standard): 6,7 bars max. at 104 °C.
Operating pressure Heimeier control three-way valve: 10 bars max. at 110 °C.

Electric heating coil
The
heating elements are made up of U-tube-shaped, stainless-steel elements. If the unit is switched off, the fans will continue to run to cool off the elements suffi ciently.
Motor / Fan assembly
The air curtain has dual-inlet vibration-free suspended centrifugal fans. Each fan is driven by an external rotor motor on ball bearings. The fan casing and the impeller are made of zinc coated steel plate. The motor is manufactured according DIN 40050, protection class IP 44, and insulation class F.
As a standard each motor has a thermal contact in the motor winding. This thermal contact will break the circuit of the motor, when the maximum permissible motor temperature is exceeded.
Electric connection
For purposes of connection to the mains supply, hot water heated units are provided with a fi xed cable (approx. 2 m) with a moulded (earthed) plug. Electric heated units have a terminal strip for connection to the mains supply. The connections are fi xed at the top of the unit. Biddle bv P.O. Box 15
