| Specifications Casing | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The casing and the inlet grille are manufactured from zinc-plated sheet steel, extra strengthened to minimise deformations and vibrations, and have a full-polyester powder coating. The main casing is supplied in blue (RAL 5023) and the air inlet and discharge grilles in the colour titan (Polydrox). Other colours are available at an extra charge. The outlet section is equipped with the patented rectifying air outlet grille: a zinc plated frame, with aluminium louvres. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Motor / fan assembly The industrial air curtain has two (IF 2), three (IF 3) or four (IF 4) axial fans. The fan casing and impellers are manufactured from aluminium. The motor is manufactured according to: DIN 40050, protection class: IP 54 and insulation class: B. Each fan is driven by a rotor motor on ball bearings. The motors are fitted with thermal contacts which will break the circuit of the motor when the maximum permissible motor temperature is exceeded (auto reset). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| LPHW heating coil | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The industrial air curtain is supplied withl-row heating element as standard. Upon request a 2 or 3 row heating coil is available. The heating coil is made up of 3/8" copper primary tubes with aluminium fins mechanically bonded onto the steel headers on one side only. The test pressure is 30 bars. The max. operating pressure is 8 bars max. at 175 °C water or 16 bars at 120 °C water. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Electrical Five-speed-controller connections The air volume and the motor speed can be regulated with the five-speed-controller. Each InduForce is fully wired. The If a door contact switch is connected, the air curtain will only operate if the door is connection cable included, makes it open. All switch control equipment is optional. For more advanced control options easy to interlink multiple units. | Waterside connections | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
