Ingenious sawing technology BEWO's special expertise in the field of circular-saw machines is reflected in a series of ingenious details. Each of them an innovation that makes the sawing process itself more accurate, reliable, cleaner and efficient. Starting with the most important one: BEWO machines cut up-stroke instead of the other way round. This means that most of the swarf stays on the underside. The saw blade is also positioned in sections, which minimises length inaccuracies caused by wobbling. The sawing blade also advances by one tooth, which makes it last longer. For the same reason,	square and rectangular tubes are sawn diagonally, so that the sawing blade does not start off in the full thickness of the material. Because the saw blade is easy to reach and attaching it is straightforward, it can be switched quickly. Safe and clean The sawing area of the BEWO SCF-90 Quatro is fully shielded by means of transparent protective hoods. The surroundings are therefore exposed to a minimum of noise and dust. The hoods can only be opened after the entire line has come to a complete halt. With	these and other provisions, the BEWO SCF-90 Quatro fully complies with all CE safety regulations.
