| Low-burr saw cut The BEWO manually operated metal circular sawing machines are equipped with a unique stock clamp. This clamps the stock on both sides of the saw cut. This ensures a low-burr saw cut. The stock clamp is also self-centring. This way all stock to be sawn is placed centrally under the saw blade, whatever its size. The saw therefore always has the ideal point of action. This reduces the wear on the saw blades considerably. You can also easily mitre both right and left, if desired with a mitre block. Long life The BEWO's long life is mainly determined by the robust saw motor with low-play transmission. The entire construction is of a heavy-duty quality. The BEWO 315 PK also has a pneumatic clamp. When working in series, the clamp need only be adjusted once. A 7-mm stroke prevents operator's fingers getting trapped. You can install a micro | lubrication system on all BEWO manually operated metal circular sawing machines. This system ensures small amounts of lubrication in the right place during the sawing process. Versions The BEWO comes in 3 types: the BEWO-250, the BEWO-315 and the BEWO-315 PK with a pneumatic clamp. All 3 types are available in a low-revolution version (LT) for stainless steel and mild steel, and in a high-revolution version (HT) for mild steel and non-ferrous stock. BEWO-250 LT: speeds of 20 and 40 m/min. BEWO-250 HT: speeds of 40 and 80 m/min. BEWO-315 LT: speeds of 18.5 and 37 m/min.
