The capacity is rated 600 working cycles per hour. Depending on the size and stacking pattern, several stacking units may be picked up and moved simultaneously. By doing so, the capacity can be proportionally increased by a factor of two, three, etc. Various interchangeable gripping modules, such as gripper forks, suction grippers, pallet grippers, tool changers, etc., are available for different applications. With the optional pallet gripper empty pallets can also be handled fully automatically. The installation of an additional empty pallet separator can therefore be avoided. With the BEUMER robotpac®, allconventional packing patterns can be used. It is even possible to change the pattern from layer to layer. The control system uses a four-axis path control whose capacity is adapted to the palletizing program.
