| Questo sistema è un insieme di rulli trasportatori costituito da sezioni rettilinee, curve, accumulatori, elevatori, deviatori, trasferitori, tavoli da lavoro e accessori, progettato secondo 5 criteri fondamentali: | This system is a set of roller and belt conveyors which are made up of straight sections, bends, accumulators, lifters, deviators, transfers, handling tables and attachments, designed with 5 criteria in mind: 1 A modern, sturdy style with extruded aluminium profiles especially designed to house the unit's cables and electrical components or hydraulic/pneumatic conduits in their interior. Further, they are equipped with slots that make it possible to attach all kinds of sensors and lateral guides of B-Flex line, without necessity for mechanisation; 2 Compliance with the international safety and work risk prevention standards (transmission through interior of the profiles, lower protection plates, motorised pulleys, removable rollers, etc.); 3 Maximum quality of components; 4 Use of maintenance-free components to the greatest extent possible; 5 Low operating noise even at high speeds (Driving chains replaced with highresistance toothed belts, etc.). Just two words: "B-Flex line" to define a wide range of transport system, and present the new RC (ROLLER CONVEYORS) line. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
