They bundle it together and scatter it widely, they guide it and reflect it, they reduce it and enlarge it, they pull it together and they turn it around. Optical coatings on substrates turn light into a perfect tool. Reflections are reduced, beams are guided, reflected and filtered. Our thin-film technology and state-ofthe- art processes ensure best results in increasing reflections or eliminating them by means of various different materials and layer thicknesses, all according to the specific requirements. In the spectral ranges of DUV, UV, VIS, NIR and IR and also in the production of filters with and without gradation. By optimizing and coating know-how, we are in the position to produce coatings with high laser induced damage thresholds (LIDT). Whether a surface is conventionally coated, sputtered or plasma-supported reactive electron-beam vapor-coated, our high level of automation in coating technology allows us to achieve a reproducible layer production even with complex systems and thus guarantee cost-optimized production for the shortest or the longest production run. Through the use of plasma-supporting coating technologies, cold-coatings can be carried out on temperature-critical materials. High packing density, temperature and humidity stability, high adhesive strength and hardness are the distinguishing features of our coatings. Additionally, we manufacture coatings, which optimize mechanical, electrical or chemical properties such as hardening by titanium nitrite as well as conductivity or chemical resistance by the use of gold. All of our coating facilities are in clean-rooms. For specific requirements we have both the necessary development experts and the right software tools within the company. Micro-structures You expect complete micro-structure systems all from one source. We advise, develop and document all our data. In series production we deliver the identical quality and the highest possible level of accuracy.
