| PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Sahara Hot Box is designed to heat eight 55-gallon drums on stacked pallets. The Hot Box has many unique features: •Saves energy. Units in a manifolded arrangement can be individually turned off when not heating drums. •Portable. Just pick it up with a forklift. •Rugged steel construction. •Built in spill containment capacity. *Mid-pallet shelf available. MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION Ail steel construction includes 12 gauge interior walls and 14 gauge exterior walls. Integrated framing and structural members ensure toughness. INSULATION 3 inch thick, 6 lb. density minerai wool in doors, roof and walls. HEAT EXCHANGER Finned tube heating coil rated for saturated steam up to 200 psig. | CAPACITY Eight 55-gallon drums on standard 4' x 4' pallets, maximum weight per drum is 900 pounds. Dimensions: Interior(59"W x 55"D x 98 1/2"H) Exterior(66"W x 62"D x 118"H). HEATING MEDIUM Saturated steam to 200 psig. FINISH Heat résistant silver (int.) Acrylic enamel (ext.) Custom finishes available. | INSTALLATION Unit is shipped completely assembled. Simply set in place and connect to steam supply.
