| PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Sahara Hot Room is designed to heat thirty-rwo 55-gallon drums on pallets. The Hot Box has many unique features: •Saves energy. Units in a manifolded arrangement can be individually turned off when not heating drums. •Rugged steel construction •Portable. Just pick up with a forklift •Built-in spill containment capacity. MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION Ail steel construction includes 12 gauge interior walls and 14 gauge exterior walls. Integrated framing and structural members ensure toughness. INSULATION 3 inch thick, 6 lb. density minerai wool in doors, roof, and walls. | CAPACITY Thirty-two 55-gallon drums handled on standard 4'x4' pallets, maximum weight per drum is 900 lbs. Interior dimensions: (55 1/4"D x 224 1/2"W x 98 1/2"H). Exterior dimensions: (62"D x 231 l/2"Wx 118 1/4"H). Weight approx. 10,000 lbs. HEATING MEDIUM Saturated steam to 200 psig. FINISH Heat résistant silver (int.) Acrylic enamel (ext.) Custom finishes available. | INSTALLATION Unit is shipped completely assembled. Simply set in place and connect to steam supply. | ||
