| PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The HC is a patented elevating railing specifically designed for hopper cars. It provides railing fall protection for all of the top ports. Self-leveling stairs give operators safe access to the tops of hopper cars. | MECHANICAL ACTUATOR The railing section of the unit is raised and lowered by two (2) 5-ton machine screws equipped with safety boot and limit switches. Travel length 8 ft. | INSTALLATION Complete assembly instructions are provided with the unit. Generally, one working day is all that is needed for full assembly. | ||
