Optional features include Ethernet 10/100Base-T, E-Stop and customizable keypad legends. Our rigorous engineering and qualifi cation testing makes this unit suitable for mobile and handheld applications in the oil and gas, utilities, process control, agriculture, forestry and manufacturing industries. User input occurs through a rugged 24-key or 40-key membrane keypad with steel domes. The top row of keys are commonly used as soft keys to navigate through a set of changing menus at the bottom of the display. The standard keypad comes with four or fi ve LEDs that can be used as status or alarm indicators. Robust object-based programming with Qlarity® allows for easy application design.
