MoreApplication s Part Pick Verification Effortless yet reliable beam-break operation A VTB requires no physical force; it activates when a finger inserted in the touch area breaks the infrared beam. The ergonomically designed buttons increase production quality and efficiency, without the hand, wrist, and arm stress associated with repeated mechanical switch operation. VTB is also immune to ambient light, EMI and RFI interference, and heavy airborne contamination, ensuring that it triggers only when a user activates it.
Objective: To indicate which part to pick for an assembly, and to verify the pick is done. The VTB indicates job status with a bright, easy-to-see illumination base available in four job light color choices: green, red, blue, or green/red combination.
