Our quality commitment to supply products with the highest level of reliability is based on our know-how and a number of extensive testing procedures that go far beyond the statu-tory minimum requirements. This also includes the testing of modules to their temperature and performance limits. For example, as part of the extensive quality tests of the M1 auto-mation system, the modules also undergo a 100 percent test in an active RUN-IN prior to delivery. The test objects are operated in climatic chambers over several days and monitored individually during temperature changes from –40° to +60°. Maximum EMC immunity is en-sured thanks to standard compliant measurements in our in-house 3-meter absorber chamber.
