Type Rising Arm Traffic Barrier - 8988 COMPACT

The COMPACTtype motorway barrier developed by EROINDUSTRIEoffers the following advantages: - NOVELDESIGN.- INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY.- PROVEN SAFETY.It is available in two versions: a pillar-mounted model with unhin-ging system (shown here) and a post-mounted model (documen-tation on request). • CABINET: The cabinet consists of two main parts - Pillar: 2 mm thick metal plate pillar containing all the logic. - Head: protected by a polyester hood. It contains all the mecha-nical components, i.e. basically, a motor with reduction gear, anda fully proven mechanism. Unprecedented ease of access to themechanical assembly. The head also carries the traffic lights. The head and foot are assembled by a composite wafer allowinghead rotation with reference to the foot in the event of strongimpact on the arm. • TREATMENT: foot: Metal coating and black polyester finish. hood: Tinted polyester. • DIMENSIONS: head + foot: 346 x 391 x 1066 arm: length: 3 m and 4 m, thickness: 2 mm. The all-aluminium arm has a STOPsign. Its height with reference to the base is 832 mm•Hood: Removable hood of tinted polyester or steel sheet, RALtobe specified by the contractor, protects the mechanical assembly. Gives full access to all the mechanical components of the barrier. The assembly is waterproofed by a plate forming a baffle on theouter edge. • Light support (option): On integral steel post for FRANCLAIRtype lights. - Fastened to the top of the post. Height on request. - Prearranged to accommodate the traffic lights and a visualalarm. • Arm: tubular extruded aluminium, white lacquered. - Standard dimensions: length 3 m – diameter 76 mm – thickness 1.5 mm. - Red and white highly reflective stripes. Ellecontient toute la mécanique constituée pour l'essentiel d'unmoto-réducteur et d'une cinématique totalement éprouvés.L'accès à l'ensemble mécanique est d'une aisance inégalée. Cette tête supporte aussi les feux de passage.L'association entre les deux est réalisée par une galette compo-site assurant la rotation de la tête par rapport au pied en cas dechoc important sur le bras.•TRAITEMENT:-le pied : métallisation et peinture polyester de couleur noire.- le capot : en polyester teinté dans la masse.•DIMENSIONS :- tête + pied : 346 x 391 x 1066- bras : longueur 3 m et 4 m épaisseur de 2 mm, il est totalement en aluminium avec une sérigraphie STOP. Sa hauteur par rapporta la base est de 832 mm. • Capot : amovible en polyester teinté dans la masse ou en tôled'acier, RALdéterminé par le maître d’ouvrage, vient protégerl'ensemble mécanique.Il autorise une parfaite accessibilité à l'ensemble des compo-sants mécaniques de la barrière.L'étanchéité est assurée par une tôle formant chicane sur la péri- phérie. •Support feu (en option) : sur mât en acier solidaire pour feux designalisation.- Fixation par capotage sur la partie supérieure du mât. Hauteur à la demande. - Prédisposition pour fixation des feux de passage et alarme visuelle.•Lisse : tubulaire en aluminium extrudé, laqué blanc.- Dimensions standards : longueur 3 m - diamètre 76 mm- Epaisseur 1,5 mm.- Revêtue d’une bande réfléchissante haute luminescence rougeet blanche classe 2. •Options : - Sérigraphie " STOP" au centre.
