The Model E1005 can serve as a remote display in applications where weights must be read in two locations.

An internal battery provides mobility for cart-mounted bench scales or for applications where AC power is not available. The battery life is determined by the programmable standby selection. The Model E1005 has a built-in charging circuit that automatically recharges the internal battery when the indicator is connected to a main power source.

Weight information can be transmitted to peripheral printers and/or computers through the indicator's communication port. The format of the information may be customized and can include time and date.

An IP54 rated enclosure ensures reliable, continuous operation in dusty environments.

An optional remote foot control can be added for improved efficiency in common "lift and weigh" applications. It gives the operator hands-free control of common scale functions: Zero, Print or Tare.

Adapts to the need

The Model E1005 is an easy-to-use, uncomplicated indicator for general weighing applications. It is ideal for bench scales, floor scales and tank weighing applications. The high contrast display with 0.75" digits allows the operator to easily view weights at a glance. Weighments can be accumulated, stored and recalled including number of transactions.

Specialized Applications

Checkweighing: The display includes a multi-segment fan graph for fast evaluation. The operator can instantly verify that products are within the target range or above or below acceptable tolerance.

Counting routines: The Model E1005 can display the number of pieces or average piece weight, along with gross, net or tare weights.

Peak weight: If a maximum weight reading is required, the Model E1005 can capture and display the peak measurement of stable weights.

Process control: The indicator is equipped with three setpoint controls to interface with relays for automated mixing or blending operations.
