Improvement of SIL capability

Regular function tests, for actuators the so-called partía

valve stroke tests (PVST), and/or the use of actuators in

redundant configuration (1oo2) can reduce the failure

probability of a safety-related system and thus improve the

SIL capability to SIL 3.
