| Kühlung und Belüftung Die Motoren sind mit Radiallüftern aus Kunststoff bzw. Aluminiumgußlegierung ausgerüstet, die unabhängig von der Drehrichtung des Motors kühlen (IC 411 nach DIN EN 60034-6). Bei Aufstellung der Motoren ist zu beachten, daß ein Mindestabstand von der Lüfterhaube zur Wand (Maß Bl) einzuhalten ist. | Cooling and ventilation Motors of these series are equipped with radial plastic, aluminium alloy or sheet steel fans which cool the motor, whatever its direction of rotation (IC 0141 according to DIN IEC 34 Part 6). | Schwingungsverhalten Die zulässigen Schwingstärken von Elektromotoren sind in DIN VDE 0530 Teil 14 festgelegt. Die Schwingstärkestufe N (normal) wird von den Motoren in Grundausführung eingehalten oder unterschritten. Die Schwingstärkestufen R (reduziert) und S (spezial) sind typenabhängig gegen Mehrpreis lieferbar, Anfrage erforderlich. Alle Läufer sind mit eingelegter ganzer Paßfeder dynamisch ausgewuchtet. Diese Wuchtung ist auf dem Leistungsschild mit dem Buchstaben F hinter der Motornumer dokumentiert. | Vibration characteristics The permissible vibration intensities of electric motors are specified in DIN VDE 0530 Part 14. The vibration intensity stange N (normal) is achieved or bettered by the motors in the basic version. The vibration intensity stages R (reduced) and S (special) are available at extra charge and depending on the type, please ask for. All rotors are dynamically balanced with the complete key inserted. | Lagerung/Lagerschmierung Die Motoren sind mit Wälzlagern nahmhafter Hersteller ausgestattet. Die nominelle Lagerlebensdauer bei Ausnutzung der maximal zulässigen Belastung beträgt mindestens 20.000 h. Die nominelle Lebensdauer für Motoren ohne axiale Zusatzlast beträgt bei Kupplungsabtrieb 40.000 h. Die Baugrößen 56-160 sind mit lebensdauergeschmierten Lagern ausgerüstet. | Bearing arrangement / Bearing lubrication The motors are equipped with bearings from excellent manufactures. The bearing have a nominal service life of at least 20 000 hours for maximum permissible load conditions. Without additional axial loading, for coupling service the nominal bearing service life is 40000 hours.
