rftTlHNTfh -Norm-Schneckengetriebe lassen sich durch die Viel­zahl ihrer Befestigungs- und Gewindebohrungen in allen Einbaula­gen ohne weitere Vorbereitungsarbeiten direkt montieren. Immer sind gut zugängliche Schrauben für Entlüftung und Öleinfüllung © , Ölablaß ® und Ölstand (§) vorhanden. Die Auslieferung erfolgt mit Ölfüllung nach Bild 4. Eine Entlüftungsschraube wird separat mitgeliefert und muß bei Inbetriebnahme gegen die entsprechen­de Verschlußschraube ausgetauscht werden.

Die Schmierung erfolgt durch handelsübliches synthetisches Getriebeöl (Basis Polyglykol), nicht mischbar mit Mineralölen. Unter normalen Bedingungen ist das Getriebe wartungsfrei (Le­bensdauerschmierung). Bei Dauerbelastung im oberen Bereich der angegebenen Leistungen empfiehlt sich ein Ölwechsel im 2jährigen Turnus.

Wir empfehlen folgende synthetische Getriebeschmierstoffe: Shell Tivela WB, BP Energol SG-XP 220, Aral Degol GS 220. Bestell-Nummer für 1 Liter Shell Tivela WB = 65 90 000.

Ölmenge [L] bei allen Einbaulagen (jeweils an der Ölstand-schraube kontrollieren!).

r&TLRNTfh standard worm drives can be directly mounted by means of the many attachment and threaded holes in all instal­lation positions without the need for any further preliminary work. In all cases easily accessible screws for venting and oil filling (§) , oil drain ® and oil level © are provided. The gear units are shipped filled with oil in accordance with Fig. 4. A vent screw is supplied separately and must be installed in replacement of the corresponding screw plug when putting into operation.

Lubrication if effected using a commercial synthetic gear oil (po-lyglycole base), not to be mixed with mineral oils. Under normal operating conditions the gear unit is maintenance-free (lubricated for life). When subjected to continuous load in the upper rating range, a 2-year oil change is recommended.

We recommend the following synthetic gear lubricants: Shell Tivela WB, BP Energol SG-XP 220, Aral Degol GS 220. Order code for 1 liter of Shell Tivela WB = 65 90 000.

Bei den Achsabständen, den Übersetzungen und den Ver­zahnungen haben wir die Norm nach DIN 3975/76 gewählt. Geschliffene, rechtssteigende Schnecken, zusammen mit Schneckenrädern aus Spezial-Schneckenbronze und der vor­gesehenen Ölbadschmierung, ergeben einen guten Wirkungs­grad, einen ruhigen Lauf in beiden Drehrichtungen und eine lange Lebensdauer.

Das allseitig bearbeitete Gehäuse gewährleistet mit seinen 28 Befestigungs- und Gewindebohrungen ein Montieren in jeder beliebigen Lage. Das Leichtmetallgehäuse mit starker Verrippung sorgt für rasche Wärmeableitung. Die eingebaute Rillen- und Schrägschulter- bzw. Kegelrollenlager sind mit einer Lebensdauer-Fettschmierung versehen und so abgedichtet, daß der Zutritt von Schmutz in jeder Einbaulage, sowohl aus der Um­gebung als auch vom Innenraum des Getriebes, verhindert wird. Die Entlüftung-©, Ablaß-® und Ölstandsschrauben (§) sind je nach Einsatz des Getriebes untereinander austauschbar.

We have chosen DIN-standards 3975/76 as far as center dis­tances, transmission ratios and gearings are concerned. Ground, right-hand worms, together with worm wheels made of special worm bronze and the envisaged oil-quenched lubrication, result in good efficiency, smooth running capacities in both directions of rotation and a long service life.

The all-over machined housing provided with 28 mounting and threaded holes ensures installation in any position desired. The extensively ribbed light-metal housing is designed for rapid re­moval of heat. The built-in deep groove ball bearings and angular ball bearings or taper roller bearings are supplied with sufficient grease to last for their service life and sealed in such a way that ingress of dirt is prevented in every installation position, both from the outside as well as from the gear inside. The vent, drain and oillevel plugs are interchangeable depending on the application of the gear mechanism.
