| Sicherheitsfangmutter mit Abschaltung Die Sicherheitsfangmutter trägt das Gegenprofil der Spindel und kommt nur zum Einsatz, wenn bei Trapezgewindemuttern die Tragmutter verschlissen ist oder bei Kugelgewindemuttern die Kugeln aus der Tragmutter verloren werden (z.B. durch Bruch eines Umlenkstückes). Im Normalbetrieb läuft sie berührungslos mit. Wenn sie in Eingriff kommt, muss die Anlage abgeschaltet werden. Dies ist über den Sicherheitsendschalter mit mechanischer Zwangsöffnung gewährleistet. Die Sicherheitsfangmutter muss in Lastrichtung gesehen nach der Tragmutter angebaut werden. | Safety grip nut with cutoff The safety grip nut which has the counter-profile of the spindle is activated only, in the case of trapezoidal-thread nuts, if the supporting nut is worn or, in the case of ball-screw nuts, if the balls of the supporting nut are lost (e.g. when a reverse transfer part breaks). During normal operation it rotates without contact. When the gripping nut engages, the machine must be switched off. This is ensured by a safety limit switch with forced mechanical disconnection.
