panel mounted gauges with
back connections are avail-
able with a three hole front
flange or a U-clamp. Gener-

to the back of the panel. A U-clamp is the most com-

The patented pressure system con-sists of a PowerFlex >
movement andunitized bourdon tube assembly that
provides increased gauge life and sta-
bility. This truly unique design has a
stainless steel movement suspended
between the bourdon tube and socket
with a link wire. This spring suspension
significantly reduces the level of forces
transmitted to the precision moving
parts, greatly extending the wear life in
applications where vibration and pulsa-
tion are constant factors. Since the system is welded to the case, there are
no screws to loosen under conditions of
pulsation and vibration.
