Semi-automatic machine for the cold forming of grooves The Grooving Machine Aryma GM usually is employed in connectionwith the Circular Shear Aryma to produce internal and external rings for spiral gaskets.The Aryma GM was specially developed for the cold forming of groo-ves at the inside diameter of metallic rings for spiral gaskets. For external rings of spiral gaskets, the Aryma GM produces in a sin-gle operation:∑ a 90° groove at the inside diameter, 1,5 mm deep ∑ reshaping of the rings to flat condition∑ the chamfers at the outside diameterFor internal rings of spiral gaskets, the Aryma GM produces in a singleoperation:∑ the 90° angle at the outside diameter, after pre-chamferingwith the Circular Shear Aryma ∑ reshaping of the rings to flat condition∑ the chamfers at the inside diameterWith its two machines, Circular Shear and Grooving Machine, Arymahas developed a very efficient method for the production of internaland external rings for spiral gaskets.
