Introduction
The TOPHO® On-line Total Phosphorous Analyzer is designed for monitoring total phosphorous in water and wastewater, addressing issues like eutrophication caused by excessive nutrients. It measures various forms of phosphorous, including orthophosphate, polyphosphate, and organically bonded phosphates, using advanced wet-chemical oxidation techniques.

Advanced Features
The analyzer offers automatic colorimetric measurements conforming to standard method 4500-P, low-temperature wet-chemical oxidation, and a compact design for easy maintenance. It supports multiplexing up to eight sampling points and includes an industrial PC with AppliTek controller software for enhanced data communication.

On-line Analysis of Total Phosphorous
The analyzer automates the traditional lengthy process of phosphorous determination, using a two-step process: oxidation with SuperOxi reagents and detection via colorimetric analysis. The process is controlled by an industrial panel PC.

Smart Functions
Automatic cleaning, calibration, and validation cycles minimize downtime and operator intervention. The software can generate alarms for calibration failures or low reagent levels.

Data Exchange and Supervision
The analyzer supports 4-20 mA outputs, Ethernet communication, and MODBUS interfacing for integration with control systems. It includes a solid-state data logger for recording and exporting analysis results.

Utilities
Requires 220-240 VAC power, dry and oil-free instrument air, and tap water for cleaning and cooling. It includes provisions for earth connection and drainage.
