TX7+Xchanger: the ultimate in grinding flexibility - ANCA - #1

ANCA's wheel Xchanger is the latest development in CNC grinding machines and was designed to deliver greater productivity to users of the TX7+.

It provides a mechanism for automatically changing wheel packs in-process and gives the operator access to a storage magazine of 16 different packs.

Any of the packs can be exchanged with the one on the spindle at any time during the grinding operation without the machine operator having to come in contact with the grinding wheels.

Indeed, the operator doesn't even have to be at the machine for the packs to be changed.
