GROUP ABC POWDER FIRE EXTINGUISHERPS9-FN ABC

PS9-FN ABC is a stored pressure, dry powder fire extinguisher.Extended operating temperature range –30°C +60°C, therefore also suitable for use in low-temperature countries. Certified to the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC, Marine Equipment Directive MED 96/98/EC and CEN EN3. Capacity is 9 kg. CONSTRUCTION BODY • Deep drawn mild steel body,externally painted with polyester resin with plastic foot ring to avoid contact with ground.VALVE • Valve is lever operated with nickelplated brass body. All external valve parts are protected against corrosion.PROPELLING GAS • The propelling gas is amixture containing helium, thus allowing an accurate control of leaks.EXTINGUISHING AGENT • ABC multipurposedry powder. All parts in contact with the extinguishing agent are compatible with the same.HOSE • Reinforced rubber hose withpressure connections, complete with nozzle.BRACKET • Mild steel, zinc plated andpassivated wall bracket suitable for vertical mounting. Transport bracket or extinguisher plastic box for trucks and ships available on request. USE Suitable for all fires except metal fires.
