GROUP ABC POWDER FIRE EXTINGUISHERPS6-EV ABC

PS6-EV ABC is a stored pressure, dry powder fire extinguisher with aluminium body and pressuregauge. Extended operating temperature range –30 °C + 60 °C, therefore suitable for use in low- temperature countries. Certified to the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC, to the Marine Equipment Directive MED 96/98/EC and CEN EN3. Capacity is 6 kg. CONSTRUCTION BODY • Seamless aluminium alloy body,manufactured by deep drawing, with plastic foot ring to avoid contact with the ground. External coating in polyester resin, signal red to RAL 3000.VALVE • Valve is lever operated aluminiumalloy body. All external parts are protected against corrosion.PROPELLING GAS • The propelling gas isnitrogen. A small percentage of helium is added, thus allowing an electronic control of leaks.EXTINGUISHING AGENT • ABC multipurposedry powder. All parts in contact with the extinguishing agent are compatible with the same.HOSE • Reinforced rubber hose withpressure connections, complete with nozzle.BRACKET • Mild steel, zinc plated andpassivated wall bracket suitable for vertical mounting. Transport bracket for truck and ships available on request. USE Suitable for all fires except metal fires.
